November 9, 2018Parkway Properties Investments will add a new option for entrepreneurs and companies needing room for projects when Spaces opens at its Post Oak Central complex late next year. The coworking provider has signed a 53,000-square-foot lease at Two Post Oak Central, 1980 Post Oak Blvd. The company will occupy the first three floors of the 24-story building in the fourth quarter of 2019.

October 29, 2018Houston’s coworking market is expanding both within and outside of the city. International coworking company Spaces signed a 53,000-square-foot lease in the Uptown/Galleria area, according to an Oct. 29 press release from Houston’s Parkway Property Investments LLC. Spaces will occupy the first three floors of Parkway’s Two Post Oak Central, at 1980 Post Oak, and is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2019.
